CUSTOM AND MISCELLANEOUS MANUFACTURER’S CHEMICALS AND FORMULATIONS

During our more than 100 years of continuous family ownership, ICC has formulated thousands of individual manufacturer’s chemicals. Following a thorough survey and analysis of your manufacturing operations, it is our responsibility to recommend one or more formulations that exceed your performance expectations. In the event that our current product offerings do not meet your specific requirements, a custom-engineered formulation may be developed in partnership with you and your team. Miscellaneous Formulations are those that are not classified into one of our five main lines of manufacturer’s chemicals (Drawing and Stamping Oils and Lubricants, Machining and Grinding Coolants, Vibratory and Burnishing Fluids and Compounds, Spray, Immersion and Ultrasonic Cleaners and Rust Inhibitors and Preventatives).

ICC is always eager to accept the challenge of custom-engineering a specialized metal-forming lubricant, metalworking coolant, vibratory and burnishing compound, spray and immersion cleaner or rust and corrosion inhibitor based on specific requirements as submitted by our customers—it is something we have done for more than 100 years. SEMI-SYNTHETIC COOLANTS
MISCELLANEOUS FORMULATIONS:
Those formulations that are not classified into one of our five main product lines of manufacturer’s chemicals include the following: Specialty Cleaners, Rust Removers and Paint Strippers, Industrial Metal Coatings and Conversion Coatings, Industrial Additives, and Industrial Oils and Lubricants.
SPECIALITY INDUSTRIAL CLEANERS:
These formulations are chemically engineered for highly specialized cleaning and stripping operations. ICC manufactures heavy-duty industrial hard surface and factory floor scrubber cleaners, powerful industrial machine cleaners, as well as efficient industrial paint strippers and rust removers.
INDUSTRIAL METAL COATINGS AND CONVERSION COATINGS:
Formulations that react both chemically and on a metallurgical level require advanced manufacturing techniques and rigorous quality control measures. Highly detergent phosphates and non-phosphate conversion coatings are often required on components that will encounter harsh environmental conditions. Our proven formulations provide excellent surface finishes and superior corrosion protection performance.
SPECIALITY INDUSTRIAL ADDITIVES:
Every now and then, a “stock” formulation needs a little something extra. For instance, if a rust inhibitor bath requires better wetting characteristics, an ICC industrial wetting agent may be required. If you determine an aqueous cleaner bath needs a little more detergency, a potent ICC industrial surfactant may be the answer. In the event you are experiencing undesirable foam levels, an efficient ICC industrial defoamer will do the trick. No one wants biological growth in their metal-forming lubricants and metalworking coolants. ICC’s robust biocides and fungicides will destroy all unwanted intruders. There’s absolutely no doubt—a little something extra can certainly go a very long way.
SPECIALTY INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANTS:
These specialized lubricants are absolutely required in most manufacturing machinery. From industrial hydraulic oils and gear oils to way lubricants and greases, we’ve got you covered. We use only the finest raw materials (with a little added chemistry of our own) to arrive at specialty industrial lubricants that will meet or exceed all your performance requirements
